I spent an afternoon at Butter Avenue Patisserie & Cafe. It was on Valentine’s day. They had pre-orders of the heart-shaped macarons and also made 100 extra boxes. Just before lunch time (a few minutes after I got there) they sold out of the extra boxes! So next year, make sure to pre-order them! I L-O-V-E macarons. My favourite flavours from Butter Avenue are: Earl Grey, Matcha, Salted Caramel, and Cafe au Lait. They have the perfect amount of flavour and sweetness that I could eat a lot of it! Accompanied by tea, Roasted Almond, it was perfect. I ended up buying 2 boxes of macarons with assorted flavours. Of course I shared them.
