STUDIO ETIQUETTE
We advise that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your session to ensure a leisurely introduction to the studio. Should you arrive late, please give us a call or email the studio; in consideration for our next clients, your session still must end as scheduled.
If you must cancel, change or move your appointment for any reason, we ask that you please do so within 48 hours of the scheduled time and day. For group bookings of three or more, other considerations will be discussed with a group booking representative.
We value and respect our clients’ time with us and ask all our guests to do the same.

WEB GALLERY.
Shortly after each photo session, you will be e-mailed a link to your password-protected(optional) web gallery to view your images from your photo session. The gallery is for you to view and select any images you may want printed. It is recommended that you order any albums/collages you may want after viewing your images. That way, we will have the time to retouch, layout, assemble and deliver your albums/collages as quickly as possible. Each photo session comes with an image CD with web-ready sized images from your session.
SESSION FEES:
Session/sitting fees are required and due at the time of booking to reserve your session date/time.
Session fees include the photographer’s time and talent and an online private gallery for viewing and ordering.
Please allow 48 hours prior to your session for any cancellations. For on-location sessions, if weather does not permit, we will gladly reschedule to another day.
Bookings may be done 2-3 weeks in advance.
ORDERING SESSION:
Ordering session will be set up to help you narrow down selections in our ordering gallery. This is also your chance to order any albums/collages you may want.
TRAVEL.
We offer on-location and in-studios services. Travel charges may apply for travel outside of Toronto area.
We are also available nationwide and international for photographic needs.
BOOKING.
