STUDIO ETIQUETTE
We advise that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your session to ensure a leisurely introduction to the studio. Should you arrive late, in consideration for our next clients, your session still must end as scheduled.
If you must cancel, change or move your appointment for any reason, we ask that you please do so within 48 hours of the scheduled time and day. For group bookings of three or more, other considerations will be discussed with a group booking representative.
We value and respect our clients’ time with us and ask all our guests to do the same.

WEB GALLERY.
After each photo session, you will be e-mailed a link to your password-protected(optional) web gallery to view your images from your photo session. The gallery is for you to select any images you may want retouched and/or printed. It is recommended to make your selections within a week to receive your images in a timely manner. That way, we will have the time to retouch and deliver your images as quickly as possible. That way we’re both happy. Each photo session comes with an image CD with wed-ready images from your session. Sample of web-ready image size.
SESSION FEES (For Photoshoot Packages Only):
Session/sitting fees are required and due at the time of booking to reserve your session date/time, it is included in all of the Photoshoot Packages.
Session fees include the photographer’s time and talent and an online private gallery for viewing and ordering.
The session fee is NON-refundable, but we will reschedule one time. Please allow 48 hours prior to your session for any cancellations. For on-location sessions, if weather does not permit, we will gladly reschedule to another day.
Bookings may be done 2-3 weeks in advance.
TRAVEL.
We offer on-location and in-studios services. Travel charges may apply for travel outside of Toronto area.
We are also available nationwide and international for photographic needs (i.e. destination weddings).
